Teacher Background: Jim Cook started his carreer off as an archeologist and pantheologist. Having a strong interest in the past, he's done studies of multiple ancient civilizations before his true passion, the prehistoric times, came up. Now, he teaches at Duel Academy, in exchange for additional funding to digsites and archeological research.

After what happened with the Academy takeover, Jim freely gave up his position and turned himself in to the authorities. For endangering the lives of all the people on the island, Jim was sentenced for 10 years jailtime, which he gladly accepted. Though his actions during that time didn't quite show it, he realized his mistakes and regularly writes Sirius, in the hope he might someday forgive him.
